VoiceDesk provides AI-powered voice assistant technology that enables businesses to automate and manage customer phone calls. Our Services include the VoiceDesk platform, voice assistant demos, configuration tools, and related support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with VoiceDesk, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
  • Use the voice assistant technology to make fraudulent, harassing, or misleading calls
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Misrepresent the AI assistant as a human caller where disclosure is required by law

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the VoiceDesk platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are owned by VoiceDesk and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content, data, or documents you upload to VoiceDesk for use with the voice assistant. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and use it solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features of our Services require payment. Pricing details are available on our pricing page. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VoiceDesk harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
